I want to give a shout out to the maintenance team at The Boulders! They have excellent customer service and always respond/fix issues in a timely manner. I am extremely appreciative of them. Thank you so much Rosa, Julian, and Giovanni for everything that you do! The hard work does not go unnoticed.

My husband and I have lived here for about 6 months now, and we've enjoyed it. It's an older apartment complex, but it's well maintained. The grounds are beautiful, and the staff is really friendly. A couple of weeks ago, we had a plumbing issue at night, and Julien came by after hours to bring us a fan to make sure the flooring underneath the washer dryer didn't get damaged. And the problem was taken care of the next morning. Good service is hard to find, but you'll definitely find it here.

Extremely smooth move-in process, staff was incredibly helpful and kind and answered all questions. Timely responses to maintenance requests. Great location and amenities as well. Happy to be living here!

Our daughter has rented a studio apartment at the Boulders in Walnut Creek. From the very beginning of her lease we have been very impressed with the staff and specifically Candra, in the front office. Candra has been extremely helpful and professional. She has assisted with the lease, move in and followed through on any questions we've had. Thank you, Candra

The Boulders and their staff made this place home for my family for the past 6 years. The Community was always kept up nice and the staff was always easy to get access to if need be. We have referred so many friends here over that last years. Only reason we’re leaving is to buy a house, otherwise we would of happily stayed. Rosa on maintenance was so sweet and I’m going to miss her. Gerry and the front desk crew were always respectful and made the boulders feel like home. Definitely would recommend this community for anyone looking.

This is my favorite apartment complex I've had the pleasure of living in after almost 15 years of apartment living. The buildings are a little older but very well maintained, insulated for noise, with full amenities inside and out (in-unit W/D!!!). The community is very respectful of each other, picking up after pets and keeping noise to a minimum. The office staff is so friendly and responsive, and maintenance took care of any issues usually same day. The grounds are maintained very well and lined with plants and trees that blossom beautifully in spring and summer. In terms of location, it was ideal for me. I could walk to Walnut Creek Bart morning or evening and felt very safe, or take the free bus that comes right to the front of the complex. We were a 3-5 minute drive from shopping all around, but removed enough that there wasn't a ton of traffic noise to worry about. We unfortunately were forced to relocate out of state when Covid impacted our jobs, but I can't recommend The Boulders highly enough. Thanks for a wonderful 1.5 years!

We lived at the Boulders for 14 months and were extremely happy and satisfied during our stay. We found the grounds well-manicured and maintained. Our staff was extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay. We have lived in many large apartment complexes and it's easy to feel like another number, but this stay would also say hello, remembering not just our names but even our unit number (there's over 100 here!). We developed real relationships here with neighbors we will truly miss and hopefully stay in touch with. This complex was also one of the few in the area to not just be accommodating to pets but really offer services and amenities for pet owners to feel welcome.

Great place to live. Friendly staff. Well maintained property. And very dog friendly ☺️
