Immaculate service! After struggling to move into a place for weeks, The Boulders got me in within 48 hours. Rosa was unimaginably kind and quick with replacing my stove, very friendly and precise services full of kind, able workers.

We had a pleasant experience in the 2+ years we were at The Boulders Apartments. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and we were easily able to move from one apartment to another in the complex with my wife expecting our second child. It is accessible, in a great walking neighborhood, close to BART and Walden Park. Thank you Gerry and the Boulders staff, you are Recommended!

I lived here for two years and it is overall a nice place. The prices are a bit high but typically of the Bay Area. Walls are somewhat thin but usually not an issue unless you have a particularly loud neighbor. The staff are great and very responsive to any issues.

New to the Boulders and very impressed with staff's responsiveness and professionalism. My unit is newly updated and in great condition. Love having an in-unit washer and dryer. Grounds are kept very clean and tidy. The entire complex is very pet-friendly and access to the Iron Horse Trail is less than a block away. Plenty of parking. Overall it's quiet but this is an apartment complex and some neighbors make more noise than others. Online portal makes it easy to share info, pay rent, and file service requests. I am really glad I picked The Boulders.

Lived at the Boulders for about a month now. As a New Jersey (by away of Boston, by way of Plano) transplant, I'm pleased with the quality of the homes and the attentiveness of the staff. I haven't noticed any noise or other community issues. Also, living on the Iron Horse is pretty sweet, and it's distance to either BART station is appreciated. Oh yeah, and the parking is fine. The spots are normal size and covered, and even though ours is in between two support beams, it's very easy to get in and out of. Since our unit faces Civic, we usually park on the street no problem.
